Server Network Maintenance Work

We were just alerted by our datacenter that the server you are on is going to have a emergency routing replacement done to it today.  They are giving us a 24hr window from 11am EST Friday to 11am EST Saturday when this will take place.  This could cause brief outages to the connection of the server and they have told us that there will be no data lost at all on our server end, but the connections could drop for a few hours in the next day.  Powersurge understands the critical nature of your website and your web presence and we understand our duty to keep you informed and updated on the maintenance being performed.  

We ask you to refrain from any overreaction, because as you know, this situation is out of our hands and we will be sitting idly by as they make these changes as well.  We will be updating the News Board on the support site when we have any updates to the situation and will keep you posted when everything has been completed.  We hope these outages are minimal and that everything goes through without any issues.  Have a great day.

Network Issue with Windows Clusters and VDS

15 minutes ago there seemed to be a network issue at our datacenter that is causing our Windows Cluster and Virtual Servers to show as being down.  We are working on the situation and will update here when we know more.  We appreciate everyone's patience.

UPDATED**  Things are coming back online now.   Let us know if you are still seeing issues. (11:00am CST)

Phone System is Down

We have a new number, (312) 878-6443.  Please use this to contact us via the phone for all billing or emergency issues.  We are in the process of porting a new 800 number as well and will have that updated soon.

We are still having issues with our phone system, however, we do have a temporary number that you can use for Billing and Emergency calls while we work towards getting the regular numbers back.  Please use 1-309-361-8919 for any Billing or Emergency issue you may have.  It is not a toll free number.

Our phones are down today.  The provider is having problems and are working on it but they are not expecting the service to be restored soon.  If you have problems we have techs standing by on live chat and the ticket system to answer any questions you may have.

Inbound Phone Issues

It has come to our attention that our phones are not working this morning.  We have contacted our provider and they are aware of the issue and are working on it.  As soon as it is resolved we will update this news article.
